This Privacy Policy explains how Innovetor Labs LLP (“Innove8or”, “Axiom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information in connection with the Axiom readiness assessment and the website at axiomm.net (the “Service”).

Innovetor Labs LLP is the data controller (the data fiduciary) responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Service, including the free readiness assessment, the report you receive, pricing requests, market-notification sign-ups, and bookings made through our scheduling page.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Your work email address and company name when you unlock your assessment report.
  • The answers you provide during the readiness assessment, which describe your organisation’s data protection practices.
  • Details you submit when you request pricing, such as company size, scale, jurisdiction, and contact information.
  • Your email address and selected jurisdiction when you sign up to be notified about a market.
  • Information you provide when you book a call, which is collected through our scheduling provider (see Section 6).

Information we collect automatically:

  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, collected to operate and secure the Service.
  • A limited set of cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not submit any in your assessment responses.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Generate and deliver your readiness assessment and report.
  • Send you the report and relevant follow-up communications about your assessment.
  • Respond to pricing requests and scheduled calls.
  • Notify you when a market you selected becomes available.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. AI-assisted report summaries

To generate parts of your report summary, your assessment responses may be processed by our AI provider, through its API. This processing is used solely to produce your report and is not used by us to identify you beyond delivering that report.

6. Service providers and sharing

We share personal information only with providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. International transfers

Some providers we use to operate the Service process personal data outside India, including in the United States. Indian law currently permits transfer of personal data to any country the Government has not specifically restricted, and no such restriction applies to our providers. Where other applicable laws, such as the UAE’s PDPL, require additional safeguards for cross-border transfers, we put those in place.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain our relationship with you, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request erasure of your information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable form.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
